The year is 1947

The pack of cigarettes lying open at her feet suggests she will likely have another. She is at ease and a glint in her eye says that she knows something that you don’t. She is effortlessly intriguing.
Her attire is a mix of modern woman and working man chic. She looks put together, but only for herself, as if to say “take me for who I am, or leave me alone”.
